Song & Silk partners with premium global logistics providers to ensure your handcrafted items reach you safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. For standard collections (Daily Wear, Luxury Gift), please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. For Song Brocade and Bespoke items, processing may take up to 5-7 business days due to the delicate handling required.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Premium Standard Shipping (Free): Delivered within 7-12 business days.
- Priority Express Line ($25.00): Delivered within 4-8 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes in your destination country, which are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also receive updates via WhatsApp if you opted in during checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Song & Silk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
