Washing & Cleaning

Dry Clean Only (Recommended): For structured items such as Song Brocade handbags, pouches, and tailored accessories, professional dry cleaning is strictly required to preserve the intricate weave and inner lining.

Hand Wash (For Soft Accessories only): If you must wash items like silk scrunchies or sleep masks, use cold water (below 30°C/86°F) with a pH-neutral, silk-specific liquid detergent. Gently submerge and agitate—never wring, twist, or scrub.

Drying

Never tumble dry. Lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel and gently roll it to absorb excess moisture. Unroll and lay flat to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Direct sunlight will cause the silk fibers to become brittle and fade.

Storage

Store your silk pieces in the breathable dust bags provided with your purchase. Avoid storing in plastic bags, as silk needs to breathe. Keep away from sharp objects or rough surfaces that could snag the delicate brocade threads.
